What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, sign in to your account and submit a return request: https://shopify.com/77007421540/account

Once your request is approved, you'll receive return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Approved returns are issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.

How will I receive my store credit?

Once your return is approved, store credit will be added to your account within 5-7 business days. To use it, simply log into your account at checkout — your store credit will automatically appear as a payment option.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes — sale items and any items not in original packaging or that have been used cannot be returned.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. Please note we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or delays due to weather or carrier issues.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We're so sorry if this happened! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is $5.00 (3-7 business days) and express shipping is $10.00.

Do you offer local pickup or meetup?

Yes! If you're local to our area, simply select "Local Meetup" at checkout — it's completely free. Once your order is placed, we'll reach out to coordinate a convenient time and location to hand off your order personally.
