Processing Time Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Method We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.
Shipping Costs

- Express Shipping: $10.00
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
Delivery Time Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Express shipping offers faster delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Local Meetup Option: Local to our area? Select "Local Meetup" at checkout to skip shipping fees entirely! After placing your order, we'll reach out to coordinate a convenient time and place to hand off your order. This option is free of charge.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Delays While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
